CEWE is a long time user of Atlassian tools, with over 3,000 Jira Software and Confluence users plus more than 750 Jira Service Management agents. Using Accixa's LogViewer tool, we were able to quickly established that just ~700 users accessed Jira Software and Confluence and ~300 access Jira Service Management simultaneously. By deploying IUM and licensing users on a concurrent license model CEWE were able to downgrade their Atlassian license tier and subscribe to a 1,000 user license (Jira Software and Confluence) and 500 agent license (Jira Service Management) and instantly recognise savings of over $200k per annum with zero impact to user or customer experience.
