Volker has worked in the IT sector for more than 30 years. At Thyssen and Ford Motor Company he worked as a software developer and project manager of large-scale IT-enabled change programmes. Prior to founding Accxia, Volker was CEO and co-owner of Adaptavist, which he acquired in 2011 together with his business partner. In 2007, Volker bought out WTG Technologies from Cable & Wireless UK, which he sold in 2015. He acquired his instinct for investments at KPMG London where he worked as a Director of Mergers & Acquisitions.
Johan Pieterse with over 20 years experience in the industry is the Group Chief Security Officer and Enterprise IT Director at the Spotlight Sports Group (Racing Post), Trustee and Secretary at SERV Kent (Blood runners), Johan has Information Security, GDPR, PCI-DSS, ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) responsibilities for enterprise compliance platforms. He joined the Racing Post in 2013. Johan is Advisory Board member since 2019.
